| Research on the formula of natural rubber(NR) compound for automotive engine suspension. The results showed that the NR compound with semi effective vulcanization system (sulfur/accelerator ratio of 1. 7/1. 5),carbon black N330/carbon black 774/white carbon black (ratio of 11/18/5) reinforcement system,and anti-aging agent 4020/anti-aging agent RD/anti-aging agent MB/microcrystalline paraffin (ratio
of 2/1/1) protection system had lower dynamic and static stiffness and better heat resistance to air aging;excessive vulcanization temperature and time can easily cause NR rubber to undergo vulcanization and return to its original state,resulting in an increase in its dynamic to static stiffness ratio and a decrease in its heat resistance to air aging. |
