| Abstract: |
| The preparation process and performance of medical latex balloon were studied in order to solve the problem of the balloon deviation problem.The results showed that,by using pre-vulcanization natural latex with a pre-vulcanization degree between three-end and four-beginning,along with alcohol-clay coagulant,employing a reasonable automatic impregnation process,filtering for 6 minutes at 65 ℃,and drying vulcanization for 30 minutes at 100℃ with mold,the latex balloon could be produced with high sphericity positive ratio,excellent physical properties and superior visual quality,which could meet the domestic market demand. |
