Abstract: |
The effect of polymerization inhibitor(unsaturated fatty acid zinc salt) and C 9 petroleum resin on the properties of the reclaimed rubber was studied. The results showed that when polymerization inhibitor amount was 2 phr,the tensile strength of the reclaimed rubber compound was the maximum. When C 9 petroleum resin amount was 3 phr,the Mooney viscosity of the reclaimed rubber compound was the minimum, and the tensile strength and elongation at break were the maximum. For the reclaimed rubber with a polymerization inhibitor amount of 2 phr and a C 9 petroleum resin amount of 3 phr,its Mooney viscosity and crosslink density were the minimum, and the sol content was the maximum, meanwhile, with the increase of parking time, the changes of its Mooney viscosity, crosslink density and sol content were the minimum. |
