| Abstract: |
| The application of coal desulfurization sulfur in natural rubber(NR) compound was studied.The results showed that the sulfur element content of coal desulfurization sulfur was 95.32%,and the main components of desulfurization sulfur were similar to sulfur.Using coal desulfurization sulfur as an equivalent substitute for sulfur as a vulcanization agent had a significant delayed vulcanization effect for NR compound.As the dosage of coal desulfurization sulfur increased,the Shore A hardness of NR vulcanizate changed little,the modulus at 300%,tensile strength and tear strength increased at first and then decreased,while the elongation at break and set after break gradually decreased. |
