| A single screw extruder was used to continuously activate and extruder the waste tire rubber powder to prepare the super activated rubber powder，the properties of the super activated rubber powder and its vulcanizate were studied，and the application of the super activated rubber powder in the asphalt modification was discussed.The results showed that when waste tire rubber powder was actived，the super activated rubber powder with 8 phr of aromatic oil had the smallest crosslinking density，and its vulcanizate exhibited the highest tensile strength and elongation at break，indicating a better activation effect.The absorption peak at 1 645 cm-1 in the FTIR spectrum of the super activated rubber powder was enhanced compared to that of the waste tire rubber powder，showing good compatibility between the super activated rubber powder and the asphalt.The modified asphalt with a 47% mass fraction of the super activated rubber powder did not exhibit any segregation and stratification. |
