Abstract: |
The failures of the rubber sealing rings in transformer and gas insulated switchgear(GIS)were analyzed.The results showed that,there were two cracks with 1 mm of length existed on the side of the fault phase rubber sealing ring in the fault transformer,at the same time Shore A type hardness of the rubber sealing ring increased and rebound value decreased,the rubber sealing ring appearanced aging failure phenomenon.For the cracked rubber sealing ring in GIS,the mass fraction of Zn element in crack initiation ponit was higher than that of section step area,that was to say the filler of the rubber sealing material was not evenly dispersed,so the physical properties of the rubber sealing ring reduced,the rubber sealing ring appearanced cracking failure phenomenon. |
