Abstract: |
The effects of filler system,vulcanization system and raw rubber system on physical properties,alcohol resistance and safety of vulcanizate with ethylene propylene diene rubber(EPDM) and isoprene rubber(IR) as main materials were studied.The results showed that EPDM vulcanizate with EPDM single use,silica NV3/925 power blending and double 25 vulcanizing agent system had good physical properties,alcohol resistance and water resistance,and its smell could meet secondary indicator requirements of German food contant material regulation FLGB,but the processing performance of the compound and air tightness of the vulcanizate were poor.EPDM/IR vulcanizate had good air tightness,physical properties and alcohol resistance,and it did not bloom after secondary vulcanization and water boiling,its smell could meet secondary indicator requirements of LFGB.EPDM/IR vulcanizate had good safety and comprehensive performance.The special compound for alcohol resistance was suitable for using EPDM/IR blending. |
