Abstract: |
A new rubber flexible gear was prepared and its hydrogenated nitrite rubber(HNBR) damping ring structure was designed by finite element technique.It was determined that the optimal inner diameter of HNBR damping ring was 46 mm when its outer diameter was 52 mm.The modal finite element analysis of the new rubber flexible gear was carried out to obtain the modal characteristics of the new rubber flexible gear,which proved that the new rubber flexible gear could better avoid resonance phenomena.Through the modal test,the change of the inherent frequency of the new rubber flexible gear at different temperatures was investigated,and it was concluded that the 1st order intrinsic frequency of the new rubber flexible gear decreased with the increase of temperature.This work laid the foundation for the study of the dynamic performance of the new flexible gear. |
