Abstract: |
Magnetorheological elastomer(MRE) was prepared using natural rubber(NR) as the matrix,and the Payne effect,magnetic induction intensities and magnetorheological effect of MRE were studied.Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that for the MRE with the largest mass fraction of carbonyl iron powder(81.67%),the carbonyl iron powder was densely distributed,resulting in agglomeration of carbonyl iron powder.Rheometer test results showed that as the mass fraction of the carbonyl iron powder increased,the Payne effect and magnetorheological effect of MRE increased,and as the strain increased,the storage modulus of MRE decreased and the loss factor increased. |
