Abstract: |
The research progress of three new heating vulcanization technologies in tire vulcanization,
namely microwave heating vulcanization technology,radiation heating pre-vulcanization technology
and electromagnetic induction heating vulcanization technology,was introduced,and the advantages and
disadvantages of the three heating vulcanization technologies were also presented. It was pointed out that with
the continuous development of metal inner mold,the development advantage of electromagnetic induction
heating vulcanization technology was obvious,and the combined application of the two technologies was
expected to promote the tire vulcanization technology in China to a new stage. |
