Abstract:
      The effects of liquid rubber liquid polybutadiene(LPBD) instead of aromatic oil on the vulcanization characteristics,processability,physical properties,heat generation performance and dynamic mechanical properties of bead filler compound(BR/NR blend) of truck and bus radial tire were studied.The results showed that the t10 of the compound was prolonged,and t90 was shortened when the aromatic oil was replaced by LPBD in the same amount.The plasticizing effect of LPBD was less than that of aromatic oil.The hardness,tensile properties and tear resistance of vulcanizates were improved,while the compression temperature rise was decreased.The dynamic mechanical properties of the vulcanizate with LPBD Activity-1000 were better,the dynamic mechanical properties of the vulcanizate with LPBD Activity-50 were equivalent to those with aromatic oil.
