Abstract: |
Numerical simulation of the three-dimensional non-isothermal flow field in the flow channel of the L-type wide extrusion die was carried out through ANSYS software, the flow field law of polymer material in the non-isothermal extrusion process was analyzed, and the influence of parameters such as the wall temperature of the die flow channel, feed port pressure, damping width and damping height on the material flow in the die channel was discussed. The results showed that the damping width had a significant pressure regulating effect on the material;the parameters of the flow channel die had different influences on the extrusion pressure and uniformity of the material. When the wall temperature was 338 ~ 343 K,the feed port pressure was 15. 0~19. 6 MPa,the damping width was 8 mm and the damping height was 3 mm,the uniformity and stability of the material extrusion were better, and the extrusion quality and output of the polymer sheet could be balanced. |
