| Abstract: |
| The effect of the type and amount of plasticizers on the properties of nitrile rubber(NBR) compound was studied. The results showed that,among the compounds filled with different types of plasticizers,the compound filled with plasticizer DOS had the lowest discharge temperature and Mooney viscosity,the best dispersion of fillers,the slowest curing speed,the largest elongation at break and compression set. The compound filled with plasticizer DOP had the fastest stress relaxation and better vulcanization characteristics. The compound filled with plasticizer TP-95 and PPA2500 had higher discharge temperature,slower stress relaxation,higher hardness and rebound value. With the increase of plasticizer DOP dosage,the energy consumption of mixing,the discharging temperature and the Mooney viscosity decreased,the stress relaxation was accelerated,the curing speed was slowed down,the elongation at break and rebound value increased,and the low temperature resistance and damping performance were improved. |
