Abstract:
      Effects of single and combination use of nine kinds of antioxidants on the properties of low cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber(LCBR)were investigated. The results showed that,in the nine kinds of antioxidants,the anti-aging effects of antioxidant 1010,1520 and 6308 were good when being used alone,and the anti-aging effects of the antioxidant 1010/TNPP and antioxidant 1520/TNPP systems were good when being used in combination. When the blending ratios of antioxidant 1010/TNPP and antioxidant 1520/TNPP were 80/20 and 70/30,respectively,the thermal oxidative aging property of LCBR was the best. Antioxidant 1010/TNPP and antioxidant 1520/TNPP systems could improve the physical properties of HIPS and ABS modification resins.
