| Abstract: |
| The nickel-plated aluminium powders were prepared by different plating process(substitution method,reduction method and reduction after substitution method),and the effect of plating process on the electromagnetic shielding property of nickel-plated aluminium powder/methyl vinyl sillicone rubber(MVQ) composites was investigated.The results showed that,the nickel-plated coating thickness of nickel-plated aluminium powder prepared by substitution method was relatively smaller.The nickel-plated coating bonding strength of nickel-plated aluminium powder prepared by reduction method was relatively low.The nickel-plated coating thickness of nickel-plated aluminium powder prepared by reduction after substitution method was relatively large and the bonding strength was relatively high.The electromagnetic shielding property of nickel-plated aluminium powder prepared by reduction after substitution method/MVQ composites was excellent,and the electromagnetic shielding efficiency was between 55 and 95 dB in the frequency band of 30~3 000 MHz. |
