| Abstract: |
| Non-isothermal curing process of giant OTR radial tire was studied. The results showed that,compared with the traditional curing process,giant OTR radial tire cured with non-isothermal process(heating time/dwell time ratio was 1/1.07) had a lower degree of over curing and better physical properties,non-isothermal curing process could improve vulcanization uniformity and solve the problem that some parts were over cured seriously. By adjusting the heating time/dwell time ratio during non-isothermal curing process,properties and production efficiency of giant OTR radial tire were improved,and the energy consumption of the production process was reduced. |
