| The mixing process and filling factor of EPDM, NBR, NR and CR compounds with different hardness in internal mixer were studied. The results showed that the dispersion process of the compound was divided into eight stages: raw rubber plasticizing, adding / eating powder, agglomerating after dispersion, forming aggregate, softening, dispersing and fine dispersing of the compounding agent, compounding agent distribution and forming composite structure; The main factors affecting the mixing filling factor are the viscosity and hardness of the compound; The higher the viscosity and hardness of the compound, the smaller the mixing filling factor; After the mixing process is determined, the suitable mixing filling factor can be determined with the goal of the best dispersion of the compound. |
