Abstract: |
There is a wave problem of the lip blade after the glass run sealing strip is fixed in the front door, which causes the air leakage, the increase of noise and the influence of appearance of the car. In order to solve this problem, the installation process of glass run sealing strip is analyzed by using Msc. Marc, the highly nonlinear analysis software. The wave phenomenon of lip blade is simulated and its structure is optimized. The actual loading process results show that wave phenomenon cannot appear in the optimized lip blade, which meets the seal force requirement. |
