| Carbon fiber/silicone rubber composite was prepared by using a silane coupling agent as the compatibilizer. The optimum formula was as follows：silicone rubber 100，silica 20，carbon fiber 12，coupling agent KH-550 2. 5，ferric oxide 1，stearic acid 1，antioxidant D 1， crosslinking agent DCP 5，and accelerator M 1. The optimum first stage curing condition was 175 ℃/10 MPa×30 min，and the optimum second stage curing condition was 200 ℃（atmospheric pressure）×2 h. |
