Abstract: |
The effect of the species and addition level of carbon black, addition level of curing agent, curing temperature, curing pressure and curing time on the tensile strength and elongation at break of epoxidized acrylic rubber(ACM) was investigated. The results showed that, when the addition level of carbon black N330 was 55 phr,the addition level of curing agent was 1. 5 phr,the curing temperature was 170 ℃,the curing pressure was 6. 0 MPa,the first-stage curing time was 20 min,and the second-stage curing
time was 2 h,the physical properties of vulcanizate were better. |
