Abstract:
      The effects of Al2O3 and silane coupling agents on the physical properties and thermal conductivity of thermally conductive high temperature vulcanized(HTV) silicone rubber were studied. The results showed that,by adjusting the particle size and addition level of Al2O3,adjusting the variety and addition level of silane coupling agents and the ratio of Al2O3 with different particle size,the thermally conductive HTV silicone rubber with good physical properties and thermal conductivity was obtained.
