Abstract: |
The vulcanized HNBR was dealt with irradiation process in this paper and we also study the effects of different irradiated doses on the rubber physical-mechanical properties, compression set, rebound resilience, and so on. The structure of HNBR was considered as crosslink and further confirmed from our experimental results. With absorbed dose increasing, the tensile strength of rubbers increased first and then decreased. The value reached the maximum when the absorbed dose was 200 kGy. Furthermore, the elongation, the compression set decreased and rebound resilience increased, with the absorbed dose increasing. |
