| Abstract: |
| Using water-borne polyurethane, water-based acrylic resin, amino resin as film forming the carrier, the water-borne PTFE modified coating for rubber o-rings has been prepared with water-borne PTFE emulsion lubrication materials by mixing dispersion, such as sanding, filtering process. The results show that the PTFE water-based lubricant coating is coated on the surface of the rubber o-rings by the roller coating technology, after curing, coating formed on the surface of a rubber o-rings has good adhesion,rubber o-rings have low coefficient of friction, which helps rubber O rings assembly. |
