| Abstract: |
| In this paper, carbon fiber / graphene was added into NR / BR by mechanical mixing the rheological properties, mooney viscosity, curing characteristicsdynamic ,mechanical properties, thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of NR / BR compounded with carbon fiber and graphene were investigated.The results of the study show that: With the increase of carbon fiber/ graphene content, the maximum torque MH and the minimum torque ML of the compound increase;In terms of mechanical properties,with the increase of graphene content, the tensile stress of NR / BR vulcanizate increased;DMA test can be seen that the addition of graphene is conducive to improve NR / BR wet skid resistance;At the same time, because of the good electrical conductivity of carbon fiber / graphene, NR / BR antistatic property can be obviously improved. |
