Abstract:
      In order to enhance the design efficiency of transmission system of steel wire braider for rubber hose,a virtual simulation system on main transmission system for the steel wire braider was built.The 3D model of main transmission system for steel wire braider was established using SolidWorks and the motion was simulated by software Motion.The speed curve for a gear was acquired and analyzed by finite element analysis software Simulation in order to acquire the motion characteristics of steel wire braider.Then the main transmission system was optimized.
