Abstract: |
This paper discusses adhesive properties and the mechanical properties of EPDM, under joining the condition of acrylic acid zinc, when adding the modification of carbon nanotubes. And the paper investigated the dispersion of the fillers properties. The Results show that when the modification of carbon nanotubes is 6 phr, instead that the acrylic acid zinc is 12 phr,the adhesive property is the best. The pulling out force of brass plated steel wires 725 N, tear strength is 73.85 N·mm-1, the tensile strength is 22.2 MPa. With the increase of modified carbon nanotubes, the viscosity increases, the processing performance reduces and the effect of Payne increases. |
