Abstract: |
In order to prepare stable polyisoprene latex catalyzed by rare earth, the effects of different emulsifiers and their proportions on the stability of latex were studied.First of all, dissolved polyisoprene rubber in organic solvent, then added emulsifier to emulsify polyisoprene rubber, and the dilute latex was obtained after the final distillation of the solvent. The results showed that, when the ratio of main emulsifier disproportionated potassium rosinate and SDBS is 2∶1 and the co-emulsifier is Span 80 of 0.2% by water phase weight, the partical size of latex was 216.2 nm,the solid content was 0.105 and the performance and appearance morphology of the latex would be more excellent. |
