Abstract: |
The mechanical model of the injection mold connecting upper was established,the injection molding process of the injection mold connecting upper was simulated using Moldflow software in order to determine the force of the mold cavity and regarded it as a imput load for the stiffness and strength analysis.The stress and strain of the mold cavity was analyzed by using ANSYS workbench software,to optimize the mold structure.The results showed that the analysis method could fully reflect the stress and deformation of the injection mold cavity in the molding process,providing a reference for mold design. |
