Abstract: |
Based on the molecular statistical theory,a hybrid hyperelastic constitutive model for rubber material was proposed. The modified Gaussian network model and modified 8-chain network model were used to describe Gaussian deformation part and non-Gaussian deformation part respectively. The network molecular chain density at the micro-level and the stretch ratio at the macro-level were also decomposed into a Gaussian deformation part and a non-Gaussian deformation part. The comparison between test data and Treloar data of stress-strain under different tensile modes proved the applicability of the hybrid constitutive model.Compared with the Gaussian network model,3-chain network model and 8-chain network model, the hybrid hyperelastic constitutive model had obvious improvements in accuracy. |
