| This thesis mainly studies the dispersion of carbon black and the influence of the vulcanizates on carbon black/CR/BR compounds of the different adding order of carbon black and BoTong process by CR/BR blend as the matrix material, carbon black as reinforcing filler of carbon black/CR/BR compounds. The results show that the process of using carbon black mixed with BR first then mixed CR again good improved the dispersion of carbon black in different mixing process of the preparation of carbon black/CR/BR compounds; When carbon black dispersion is good, the vulcanization characteristics and physical properties of the carbon black/CR/BR compounds was improved; when BoTong is 5 time, various kinds of compound of carbon black/CR/BR compounds had a good dispersancy. |
