Abstract:
      By analyzing the force of belt caused by the installed parallel deviation of the driver roller and the driven roller, building the virtual prototype model of the conveyor belt in the ADAMS software, making discretization of the conveyor belt, and establishing the mechanical model of the conveyor belt unit in the straight section and the curved section, comparing the force and the excursion of the conveyor belt unit under different tolerance of the parallel degree, Studying the parallelism tolerance of roller"s influence on the conveyor belt running deviation. The results showed that: The relationship between the offset condition of the conveyer and the parallelism tolerance of the drive roller and the driven roller reveals monotonically increasing, within the allowable range, increasing the parallelism tolerance values of the driving roller and the driven roller can lead to an increase in the belt tension, normal contact force and axial force, reducing the stability of the conveyor belt ; at the same time the increasing of the axial force will lead to the increase of the belt migration velocity, migration acceleration and the offset, thereby enabling the conveyor belt running deviation further.
