Abstract: |
The paper utilize the intermittent pressure relief temperature method to make the TPU foaming material. The formation of bubble nucleation, growing of bubble nucleation and mechanism of bubble setting are elaborated . The effect of pressure relief rate and foaming temperature on the properties of TPU foamed material was analyzed by experiment and scan electron microscope.It is concluded that pressure release rate and foaming temperature are the important factors that affect the density and distribution of TPU foaming materials.Increasing the pressure relief rate is beneficial to increase the nucleation rate and the nucleationSamount.Rising temperature can make bubbles more easily expand and grow up, so that the material density is decreased, but the temperature is too high will cause the bubble rupture, collapse and lead to the rise of material density. |
