| Abstract: |
| The three dimensional physical model of a novel micro fin rotor for mixer was designed，and the finite element simulation and analysis on the mixing flow field of the micro fin rotor was carried out by using ProE/Polyflow software.The results showed that，the micro rib structure increased the pressure gradient，velocity gradient and viscosity gradient，and hybrid index in 0.5～0.6 of the compound.The shear-ing action on the compound was enhanced，and a certain tensile action arised，which was helpful to the mixing and dispersing of the compound. |
