| Abstract: |
| The effects of environment-friendly plasticizer TP-95, TP-90B, BXA-R, TOTM and DOTP on the properties of NBR were investigated. The results showed that, compared with plasticizer of DBP, TP-95 and TP-90B showed lower Mooney viscosity, better plasticization of NBR compound and better low temperature resistance. TOTM exhibited excellent heat resistance, the rate of change of mechanical properties of NBR vulcanizates was smaller, and the permanent compression set value was smaller. And BXA-R has best comprehensive properties, including heat resistance, low temperature resistance and oil resistance. |
