| Abstract: |
| The effects of six kinds of ultra fine powdered rubber(UFPR) on mechanical property, rolling resistance, abrasion resistance and dynamic mechanics performance of styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR1502) were studied. Compared with those of vulcanizates without UFPR, essentially unchanged in main mechanical property, slightly varied in rolling resistance, and enhanced in abrasion resistance and loss factor(at 0℃) of SBR1502 compound vulcanizates with UFPR, were shown. Especially, the increase of loss factor(at 0℃) of the vulcanizates with powdered nitrile-butadiene rubber and powdered SBR(30% bound styrene) reached to 20% ~ 29%. The results indicated that the wet skid resistance of SBR vulcanizates could be obviously improved with UFPR. |
