| Abstract: |
| Structual design , formulation test and standard of rubber articles for sound barrier on the high-speed railway and the highway was introduced. It confirmed four cross-sectional structure in which a decoupling rubber gasket with hollow - solid composite porous structure, this structure help to reduce the risk of damage on noise barriers due to the combined effect of impulsive force and noise. Use blends of CLCB-EPDM and oil-extended EPDM , the vulcanizates both good physical properties and processability. Add a small amount of non-petroleum-base low-temperature resisting plasticizer on the basis of paraffin oil to improve the cold resistance.According to the test results of this study to establish a national standard (GB/T30649-2014). Products by the preferred formulation all meet the standards. |
