Abstract: |
PTFE hose assemblies, with many excellent performances such as high-temperature resistance, small bending radius, good flexibility, are widely used in industries. They compensate for the disadvantages like low temperature resistance of rubber hoses and strong rigidity of metal hose assemblies. This paper makes research on optimization of the PTFE hoses, metal fittings, fire proof property and crimping moulds. Based on these optimal designs, PTFE hose assemblies obtain better performances of high and low temperature resistance, pressure-resistance, antistatic and fire proof property, so that the assemblies can meet the needs of different systems. |
