Abstract:
      The application of chlorosulfonated polyethylene(CSM)3570 by gas-solid phase method in rubber covering compound for metallurgy rubber roller was studied and compared with chlorosulfonated polyethylene(Hypalon 40) by solution method.The test results showed that,the position of characteristic absorption peaks of the infrared spectrum of CSM 3570 and Hypalon 40 were basically the same.With the CSM 3570 instead of Hypalon 40 in formula of rubber covering compound for metallurgy rubber roller(CSM 100,carbon black 70,epoxy soybean oil 15,adhesion promoter 3,processing aid 2,other additive 2,antioxidant 3,crosslinking agent PDM 1,epoxy resin 20,promoter 3.5,total 219.5),compound properties of the former closer to the latter,met the requirements of relative standard,and could successfully complete the various processes of the production of the roller.
