Abstract: In order to raise sulfurization efficiency and quality of mechanical elastic wheel, the wheel preheating temperature is studied. By building wheel sulfurization model and using ANSYS to conducting thermal simulation of mechanical elastic wheel, compared the effect of different preheating temperature on the temperature variation with time and sulfurization percentage of wheel. The results shows that preheating temperature has different effects on different parts, the farther away from outer heat sources, the greater effect of preheating temperature will be. Through comparing the sulfurization percentage of wheel under different preheating temperature, the conclusion is that when preheating temperature is higher,an upward trend of over sulfurization percentage rise is found, an downward trend of sulfurization consistency is found. |
