| Abstract: |
| The influence of temperature and stretching rate on the mechanical properties of tread materials were investigated. The results showed that, the tensile mechanical properties of tread materials had a certain sensitivity to the stretching rates. The tensile modulus of tread materials decreased with the increase of temperature in the temperature range of 0~90 ℃ under the large strain scope;and the stress-strain curve showed the characteristics of glassy state and the tensile modulus significantly increased at the temperature of -30 ℃.The simulation results of Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model were consistent with the experimental results. |
