Abstract:
       : A design of 445/45R19.5ultra wide base tubeless TBR tire was described. In the structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 900 mm ,cross sectional width 395 mm, height of running surface 15 mm , bead diameter at rim seat 493.3 mm ,bead width at rim seat 394 mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 1.006,pattern depth 16 mm, pattern circular pith 47 ,block/groove ratio 23.5% , with the design of 8 longitudinal pattern groove . In the construction design , the following processes were taken : three-formula and four-piece extrude tread , 0.25 6 12*0.225HT steel cord for carcass ply ,3 9 15×0.22 0.15 steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply ,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt ply,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt ply; using single stage building machine to build tires , and using hot plate press to cure tires . It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension , strength performance , endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements of the relative design and standard .
