| In this study，the formulation of coating compound for polyester cord was optimized.By adjusting the main components of the formulation，the optimized formulation was obtained as follows：NR/BR/SBR 80/10/10， carbon black N326 40，activator 10， adhesive A/RE 2.2，softener 4，antioxidant A/BLE 2，sulfur/thiazole accelerator/sulfenamide accelerator 3.6.The comprehensive physical properties and adhesion property of the optimized compound were good. |
