Abstract: |
Rubber material of tires is tested by temperature / frequency scanning under tensile and shear mode of 500N EPLEXOR dynamic viscoelastic spectrometer of GABO company of Germany, the findings show that the Under the dynamic temperature / frequency sweep, when frequency is fixed, as the temperature increases, the storage modulus, loss modulus and loss factor decreases; when the temperature is fixed, as the frequency speeds up, the storage modulus, loss modulus and loss factor of the overall trend is up. In addition, when the shift factor fitting, the accuracy of Gauss fitting is higher than the accuracy of WLF equation and WLF equation was fitted in the high temperature zone better than in the low temperature zone. The frequency range of viscoelastic master curve of rubber which is broadened by Gauss shift factor is wider than that extended automatically by DMA tester. |
