Abstract: |
This article studied the influences of the amount of vulcanization agent, curing time, curing temperature, curing pressure, type and amount of carbon black on the mechanical properties of vulcanizated ACM. The result showed that with the increase of vulcanization agent, the tensile strength first increased then decreased, while the break elongation rate kept dropping. It was shown that optimum curing conditions were 1.5phr of vulcanization agent, 20min of first stage of vulcanization, 2h of second stage of vulcanization, 6.0MPa of curing pressure and 170℃ of curing temperature. With the increase of reinforcing Agent, the tensile strength first increased then decreased, while the break elongation rate kept dropping. The best type and optimum amount of reinforcing carbon black was N330 and 55phr respectively. |
