| The paper design o the microwave devulcanizated equipment and study on structure properties of devulcanized EPDM rubber.The pilot microwave devulcanizated device should include a temperature measuring device, a stirring , a vacuum means and so on . The best desulfurization power is 2kw and best filling volume is 5kg ;The stirring has made the effect more uniform,the best speed at 60r/min . The higher the temperature the effect is more obvious, the best devulcanization temperature is 270 ℃ |
