| Abstract: |
| A hindered phenol AO-80/MPU composite was prepared by mixing hindered phenol AO-80 into millable polyurethane(MPU),and its properties were investigated.The results showed that the compatibility between hindered phenol AO-80 and MPU was good.As the addition level of hindered phenol AO-80 increased,the glass transition temperature of hindered phenol AO-80/MPU composite gradually increased.Compared with the pure MPU,the physical properties of hindered phenol AO-80/MPU composite decreased,the maximum loss factor increased,the temperature range of effective damping broadened,and the damping property was significantly improved.When the addition level of hindered phenol AO-80 was 40 phr,the damping property and comprehensive physical properties of the composite were optimized. |
