| Abstract: |
| The building process of 12.00R20 radial tire was simulated by using ABAQUS software.The mechanical behavior of raw rubber was described by Marlow model，Rebar elements were used to model steel wire in the rubber，and Hubs of tire building machine were simplified by using analytical rigid bodies.The bonding process of rubber parts and building process of green tire were simulated and analyzed.The simulated results had good accordance with theoretical design，and could be used to guide manufacturing process design. |
