| The NBR/polycaprolactam(PA6) thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV) was prepared by dynamic vulcanization,and the influence of curing systems on the properties of TPV was investigated.The results showed that,compared to curing system using vulcanizing agent HVA-2 and accelerator DM,the TPV prepared by vulcanizing agent SP-1045 and accelerator SnCl2 had better processing and physical properties,and the crystallinity of PA6 was lower. In addition,when the blend ratio of vulcanizing agent HVA-2/accelerator DM was 1.95/0.45 or the blend ratio of vulcanizing agent SP-1045/accelerator SnCl2 was 2.6/0.32,the dispersion phase NBR was in small size and uniformly distributed,and the comprehensive physical properties were good. |
