| Abstract: |
| The effect of a new type of activation system(additive B/stearic acid) on the properties of trans-1,4-polyisoprene(TPI) vulcanizates were experimentally investigated,and compared with traditional activation system(zinc oxide/stearic acid).The results showed that,with a new activation system,the crystallinity of TPI vulcanizates increased by about 50%,and the crystallization temperature increased by about 30 ℃.When the addition level of additive B was 2 phr,the comprehensive physical properties of TPI vulcanizates were the best. |
