| The bonding compound of steel cord conveyor belt was developed.The optimized formulation was as follows：NR 60，SBR 20，BR 20，carbon black N220 40，silica 15，zinc oxide 5， stearic acid 1， pine tar 7， antioxidant 4010NA/BLE-C 1/1.5，adhesive RS/A 3/2.5，cobalt boroacylate 2.2，sulfur 2.5，accelerator CZ 1.2.The compound with optimized formulation possessed good comprehensive properties and excellent adhesion property，and met the application requirements in steel cord conveyor belt. |
